Dr. Kim is a senior engineer for Telecommunication Network, Samsung Electronics. He has ten years of industry experience in standardization, development, design, analysis and implementation for WiMAX/16m/WiMAX2/GSM/LTE systems. He participated in the standardization of IEEE16.1. He joined WiMAX Forum in 2010 and has been contributing to the profiling of 16e and 16m standards as well as the standardization of Release2.1 and Release2.2. He is a chairman of Technical Working Group of WiMAX Forum.
