Regulatory Working Group

Charter:

To promote worldwide access to spectrum "fit for purpose" for WiMAX Forum Certified Systems™ with sufficient harmonization of frequency ranges to facilitate significant economies of scale. To encourage adoption of appropriate regulatory frameworks based on principles of "technology and service neutrality" allowing service providers to deploy the most appropriate solutions for their markets. To achieve these goals, RWG is the central authority within the WiMAX Forum on spectrum and regulatory matters.
