Oksana Davis

General Counsel and Board Secretary

Ms. Oksana Davis is the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the WiMAX Forum. Her primary responsibilities are to provide legal advice, corporate governance, contract negotiation and drafting, legal research, and other corporate and business legal services for the WiMAX Forum. As the Corporate Secretary, she advises the Board of Directors and officers of the WiMAX Forum on its legal and corporate matters. Ms. Davis has practiced as an Associate and Contract Attorney in business, technology, and corporate law with Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch LLP and Steven James Davis APC. Her areas of practice have included corporate governance, entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, and a variety of other corporate activities. She served as Legal Counsel for Satellite Security Corporation, a publicly traded GPS asset tracking company. Ms. Davis is licensed to practice law in California and the Ukraine. She received her Specialist's Diploma with Honors in Jurisprudence (equivalent to a Juris Doctor degree, Cum Laude, in the United States) from the National Academy of Law of Ukraine. Ms. Davis also received a LL.M. degree in Comparative Law, Cum Laude, from California Western School of Law.
