Dr. Mohammad S. Shakouri, corporate vice president, strategy, for Alvarion, has 22 years of experience in wireless system, microwave and fiber optic networks. Previously, during three years at Lucent, Dr. Shakouri was responsible for managing, building and developing network solutions for European and South American broadband wireless markets. He also spent 14 years in technical and management positions with Hewlett-Packard developing microwave and fiber optic communication components and systems.

Declan Byrne joined the WiMAX Forum in 2010 as the director of marketing. Byrne brings 12 years of experience in the wireless industry and a strong background in marketing to the WiMAX Forum. Prior to joining the WiMAX Forum, Byrne worked for Airspan as Chief Marketing Officer. At Airspan Byrne was responsible for driving corporate strategy, strategic partnerships, business development, traditional marketing and government relations.

Lynda M. Dallman is the Director of Human Resources for WiMAX Forum, a position she has held since 2006. Her primary responsibilities are to provide human resources planning, recruitment, compensation management, employee relations and internal communications for the organization and to advise the Executive Staff on personnel matters. Before joining WiMAX Forum, Dallman served in human resources leadership roles for intel, Nike, Apple and, most recently, as Global Vice President of Human Resources for Trend Micro.
