Dear WiMAX Forum Members

WiMAX Forum is announcing an update to its Certification License Fee structure, effective immediately.

For any product that is not an Embedded* Computer Product, the fee structure is:

1. Pay a US$10,000 upfront fee

For an Embedded* Computer Product, two options are available:

1. Pay a US$10,000 upfront fee, or
2. Pay a US$0.25/unit fee, without cap, reported and paid quarterly, on all Embedded Computer Products that a vendor manufactures

* An Embedded Computer Product is a desktop, notebook, netbook or UMPC computing device containing a WiMAX module.
