WiMAX and 802.16e: Broadband Wireless Standards
This two-day course focuses on the contents of the IEEE 802.16-2004 and 802.16e-2005 standards for broadband wireless access technology. It is developed and delivered by standards engineers from DoceoTech, Inc. The IEEE standards content is supplemented with information from WiMAX Forum white papers and publications.
This course is designed for students who are working on WiMAX and 802.16e-based products and services, or expect to be working on those projects soon. A student who is just beginning to work on broadband wireless projects will gain a fundamental understanding of the 802.16 standards and the activities of the WiMAX Forum.
