Focus Day 8 April 2008: Regulation, Spectrum & Licensing in Asia

We are getting close to the WiMAX Forum's next major event in Asia – WiMAX Forum Congress Asia08 which is to take place at the Suntec Singapore International Convention & Exhibition Centre in Singapore from 8th – 10th April 2008.

During the first day, 8th April, there is a special Focus Day on "Regulation, Spectrum & Licensing" at which a range of speakers will be presenting to an audience of primarily regulator colleagues.

We expect to attract a good number of regulatory decision makers to this event and hope to advance their understanding of, and interest in, what WiMAX has to offer.  The day is also open to non-regulators and we anticipate a lively exchange of views.

  The brochure for the event is available here. Registration is free to Regulators and Spectrum Managers (please note however that costs of travel and accommodation must be borne by attendees – such costs will not be borne by WiMAX Forum).

Finally, please note that the front page of the brochure suggests the event is only 9th - 10th April. Information for the Focus Day on 8th April is not immediately obvious but can be found on Page 8 of the brochure.
