WiMAX Forum Spectrum and Regulatory Database - Trial Version
The WiMAX Forum Spectrum and Regulatory Database provides full technical, licensing, and regulatory information by country. Access to the full database, currently covering more than 150 countries and planned progressively to cover 200 countries, is included with Principal and Regular Plus level membership in the Forum.
To help you evaluate the database and its value for your company, we're happy to make a trial version available. The trial is limited to 5 countries, but contains full information for these countries (current as of September 2006). End User License Agreement
Use of the database is subject to an End User License Agreement (EULA), a copy of which can be found here. By clicking the "Submit" button below and using the database, you agree to be bound by all terms of the EULA.
Summary of terms and conditions of use:
- I have read and agree to be bound by the EULA.
- I will use the database only for authorized purposes and will not violate any usage prohibition. (EULA, Section 1.)
- The database is provided on an “AS-IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, with no warranty whatsoever. (EULA, Section 5.)
- I am solely responsible for the use of the database and the data and for any results or consequences of using the data. (EULA, Section 6.)
- In no event will the WiMAX Forum or any database licensor be liable in any manner for any damage I sustain from using the database. (EULA, Section 7.)
