WiMAX Forum San Diego 2010 Member Conference
Dear WiMAX Forum Member,
You and your colleagues are cordially invited to attend the next Member Conference in San Diego, California, USA, on January 18-22, 2010.
The Member Conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Mission Bay hotel. WiMAX Forum has secured a competitive sleeping room rate for this event of USD $139 + tax, single or double occupancy. A limited number of rooms will be available at this special rate.
Working Group meetings will begin on Monday, January 18 and continue through Thursday, January 21. The WiMAX Forum Technical Plenary #3 will be on Friday, January 22. All members registered for the Member Conference are encouraged to attend the Technical Plenary. The WiMAX Forum Board meeting will be on Wednesday and Thursday.
The registration fee is USD $600 which includes lunch and break refreshments on Monday through Friday. For those wishing to attend the Technical Plenary only, the fee will be USD $150 which includes lunch and break refreshments on Friday only. Attendance at any of the Working Group, Board or Technical Plenary meetings requires conference registration.

Meals & Beverages
Coffee is available Monday through Friday. Breaks are scheduled at 10:00 and 15:00 each day. Lunch is served from 12:00 noon to 1:30 pm; your conference badge and matching lunch ticket are required. Lunch tickets are not transferrable.

Wireless internet connection is available throughout the WiMAX Forum Member Conference meeting areas.
