There have been some significant changes happening at the WiMAX Forum over the last couple of months. New people, new energy, new ideas and a new emphasis on satisfying our members. This emphasis begins with the formation of the WiMAX Forum Membership Services team whose charter is to assist you in getting full satisfaction from your membership. My intention and hope is to get to know you, and help facilitate activities that will help you reach your own unique objectives within the context of the WiMAX Forum. Although I will be reaching out to all of our members during the course of the year, I invite you to contact me directly with your suggestions, feedback, ideas and complaints.
