Membership Levels:
Regular Level and Principal Level
Regular Members enjoy the following benefits:
- Right to access and comment on working group output
- Member's Company listed on WiMAX Forum® web-site member roster
- Access to the WiMAX Forum members-only web-site
- Access to the WiMAX Forum Working Group areas and documents
- Right to attend member activities (task groups, working group meetings and member conferences)
Principal Members also enjoy these additional benefits:
- Eligible to serve in a Working Group or task Group Chair
- Eligible to run for election to open seats on the Board of Directors
- Access to the Spectrum & Regulatory Database
- Right to use WiMAX certified logos
- Online listing of products in "WiMAX Forum Certified" in product showcase
- Right to vote on Working Group output
- Right to apply for and submit products for WiMAX Forum Certification
- Right to participate as a Working Group Officer
- Right to participate in Certification Plugfests
- Access to the Spectrum & Regulatory Database
Membership Billing, Duration and Fees:
Membership fees are based on the member company's total consolidated corporate sales in US dollars for the last four quarters. Billing for Membership dues will be sent upon activation. Membership duration is based on 12 consecutive months (not annually).
Renewal is due on the yearly anniversary of the original month of activation.
Annual Fee for a Regular Membership:
Corporate Revenues: Membership Fee
Less than $50 Million: $5,000.00 USD
Between $50 Million and $400 Million: $10,000.00 USD
More than $400 Million: $15,000.00 USD
(Access to the Spectrum & Regulatory Database can be purchased by a Regular Member for $2,400 for 12 month period)
Annual Fee for a Principal Membership:
Corporate Revenues: Membership Fee
Less than $50 Million: $25,000.00 USD
Between $50 Million and $400 Million: $30,000.00 USD
More than $400 Million: $40,000.00 USD
