The WiMAX Forum has several regional offices around the world. The goal for these offices is to further the causes of the WiMAX Forum, by serving members and promoting WiMAX development and deployment in the regions. Regional Offices in Brazil, China, India, Japan, Russia, and Taiwan have made significant strides in raising the awareness regarding WiMAX technology through WiMAX conferences, workshops, and events.
