Thank you for your interest in becoming a Regulator Observer of the WiMAX Forum. Regulators, government officials, and representatives of government agencies who are engaged in spectrum related regulatory affairs may become WiMAX Forum Regulator Observers at no cost.
Observers will gain access to the WiMAX Forum Regulator Portal Website. The website provides a convenient repository of information about WiMAX technology and associated products – a source of trusted information that is typically required by Regulators for making important decisions regarding future licensing of radio spectrum.

To apply as a Regulator Observer, please review the Regulator Observer Agreement. Then, click the link below to confirm that you have read and accept the agreement, and wish to proceed.
Please note that representatives of WiMAX Forum member companies can access the Regulator Portal website using their member logins. If you are an employee of a WiMAX Forum member company but don't yet have a login, please click here.
