Roaming: Agreements (T48)

The WiMAX Roaming Agreement (WRA) Template is a roaming contract template that operators may use in establishing roaming agreements with other operators. WRA is divided into two separate documents, WRA1 and WRA2.
WRA1 includes terms and conditions such as commencement and termination of agreements, publicity and marketing terms, IPR terms, limitation of liabilities, Data protections and privacy terms, assignment rights, dispute and arbitration, definitions, etc.
WRA2 is an annex to WRA1. WRA2 includes information operators need to exchange with each other in order to establish and provide roaming services with each other. This includes the following information: roaming contacts, network and system information, services and applications, Inter-Operator tariffs, settlement and payment information and data exchange methods.
